By “data controller”, we mean an entity that determines how and why personal data is processed. With regard to the activities described in this notice, we are the data controller. • enable you to play our Pixel Boost Leauge,

• personalize, or allow our advertising partners to personalize, the ads you see in our Games to make them more relevant to you. This does not apply to users under the age of 13.

We use AdMob by Google provided by Google Inc., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. AdMob enables app developers to have ads displayed in their app.

6. Period for which the personal data will be stored

We may periodically delete or de-identify inactive accounts or other data in our game. As a rule, we keep your data for the duration of the use of the app, during which we keep backup copies after deletion, as long as these data are no longer required for criminal prosecution or to secure, assert or enforce legal claims.

 

After the applicable retention period, we will delete your personal data.  

 

7. Your rights
In case we process personal data about you and if you are an EU resident or a resident of another jurisdiction that grants the following rights, you have the right to:
